The Premium Program includes all the same high quality applications as the Basic Program, with the addition of four fungicide applications. 6 Planned/Regular applications per year
  • 6-8 weeks apart beginning in February.
Soil Testing
  • Included in our programs, we regularly test your lawns soil. This is our guideline for improving and maintaining your individual lawn.
Pre-emergent Weed Control
  • Included in first two applications to control crabgrass and reduce broadleaf weeds
Year Round Fertilization
  • Each regular application includes fertilizer appropriate for the season, whether it’s hot or cold. We use enhanced efficiency fertilizers with nitrogen stabilizing technology and use the results of your soil test to select the proper fertilizer for use on your lawn.
Broadleaf Weed Control
  • Each regular application includes broadleaf weed control. Ex) Chickweed, Dandelion, Clover, Henbit, Lespedeza, Bittercress, etc.
Disease Control (Fungicide)
  • On our Premium Program, we apply four disease control applications throughout the hot months when diseases are most active. On our Basic Program, our technicians inspect your lawn during each visit and if a disease control application is necessary, we will recommend this application.

Grassy Weed Control
  • Poa Annua (Annual Bluegrass) is best controlled with a selective applicaion in late fall. Large outbreaks of Nutsedge and Green Kyllinga will also require a special control application.
Aeration and Seeding
  • A mowed tall fescue lawn will not regenerate on its own. Aeration and seeding is important to thicken and repair your lawn. We double aerate prior to applying a high quality blue label seed.
Lime
  • Lime is used to balance the pH level of turf soil. This allows for optimum nutrient uptake. It also has magnesium and calcium which helps maintain color and durability from things that stress your lawn such as heat, drought, and foot traffic.
Wiregrass Suppression
  • While more expensive than simply using glyphosate (Roundup) to control wiregrass, we have a multi-application solution for those who wish to selectively suppress wiregrass in cool season turf.
Grub Control
  • Grubs live below ground and feed on your lawns roots. They can cause significant damage. Seeing japanese beetles?
Surface Insect Control
  • Some insects will damage your lawn and can be a nuisance for you and your pets. Ex) Ticks (lyme disease)
